The DSA's highest recognition, the award is named in honour of the late Ivan Phelan, a longtime executive at Avon Canada who was instrumental in establishing and guiding the Association for more than three decades. Journey to Success

The Journey to Success Award recognizes young companies that have entered the Canadian marketplace less than five years ago and have been a member of the DSA for at least one year. As they begin their journey to success it is important that these companies have a solid foundation and support the principles and are supportive of the DSA and our Code of Ethics. This award is designed to recognize up and coming direct selling companies that have dedicated themselves to achieving a high standard of excellence in business operations in Canada and have demonstrated a consistent and continued pattern of growth in the Canadian marketplace.
