Terrence’s interest in the direct sales industry began at an early age, inspired by a visiting cookware salesman and fueled by his own entrepreneurial ventures selling honey and berries from the family home.

He launched his career with Pampered Chef in December 2000 as a field consultant, later moving into corporate roles at the company’s headquarters in Addison, Illinois. A graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business,  and a Minor in Spanish for the Professions, Terrence relocated to Canada in 2012 to help lead Pampered Chef’s Canadian operations, including steering the business through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The direct sales industry has given Terrence the opportunity to explore his love of travel, food, culture, and people. He is passionate about servant leadership, supporting others in their growth, and giving back to his community.

Terrence lives in Canada with his husband of 15 years and their 10-year-old son, where they enjoy family time while only speaking Spanish at home, volunteering, and new adventures together.
